As CEO of SIE Culinary Management Group, Joshua Korn maintains full operational control of all account locations across the United States. He leads and directs the efforts of SIE's vast infrastructure of operational support, who assist him in applying SIE's modern and innovative retail management philosophy at the unit level.
A dedicated hands-on manager and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Joshua applies his culinary skills to the business and administration side of the hospitality industry. An equally gifted visionary, Joshua's inspiration to revitalize the food service management industry and change the eco-system of classical corporate dining models by applying the concept of restaurant-style food and service to the onsite dining room space.
